Social anxiety books can be a good resource if you seek more information about social anxiety. There are both books that inform about social anxiety in a general way, and books that are more hands-on with exercises and workbooks. Is a book really an online resource you ask? Well yes! Most of the books we recommend can be found on Amazon, and are available with their e-reader Kindle. That means you can find a book you like, and start reading it within minutes.
The price of social anxiety books varies from a few dollars and up to around 60 dollars.

If you’re not a person who likes to read books, an online platform can be a better option for you. They often contain a lot of the same information as the books, but presented in a more graspable way. Usually the platforms gives you a good starting point and clear route towards overcoming social anxiety. Many of them provide reports, workbooks, exercises and exposure challenges to truly help you overcome social anxiety online.
The problem with the term “social anxiety platform” is that it’s quite wide and include various services. As a result, it’s hard to say something about the general pricing of social anxiety platforms. We’ve seen services out there from $30 and up to thousands of dollars.

But as mentioned before, it can come at a logistical price. Finding the right therapist, and then go to the practice every week can be inconvenient.
Working with a therapist online can be a better solution for you! There are a few services online that offers online access to therapists. One of them is talkspace.com that gives you access to therapists over video conference or chat. The service starts at $260 / month.
Another service is Amwell that offer a wide variety of physicians and psychologists online. You will find both master degrees and PHD’s starting at $85 per session.
A service that is a hybrid between a social anxiety platform, and online CBT is online-therapy.com. They will provide you with a education base in the form of text, video and audio as well as worksheets you get feedback on from a CBT-therapist. Online guides and “gurus”
As for most topics on the internet there are plenty of people who offer their personal solutions. Usually these people have suffered from social anxiety themselves, and are npw teaching what helped them to others. Some are more legitimate than others, and with widely differing prices.
